When I first went to Babineau Creek Development I was looking for a place that would be quiet in the sence that you would not hear your neighbor through the walls. I have been to many friends duplex that was quite the opposite.  I thought I was going to be living into one of the Townhouse or Executive Duplex within a month from my separation but soon found out it was not to be the case. Original moving date was to be in December 2014 but the actual moving date turned out to be in 2016. Throughout the two years Scott was
very helpful almost on a monthly basis in trying to accommodate me and having documents amended and ready for me to sign just
in case I had a breakthrough and could move into a home.  I can honestly say that Scott is very professional and is willing to do what
it takes to help you out. Roland is also very professional and is available to make sure everything is perfect in your home. I just opened the door to see what the weather was like to be greeted by a big smile and wave from Roland from across the street that was getting ready to do another project. I had a little issue and he was at my doorstep within a minute. Now that is fast service! Better than Amazon express!! Thanks Roland and Scott Hare for being there and making a perfect home that is very soundproof. Now I am
enjoying my days in my new home. I am very satisfied of the quality of work and soundproofing.

We had been looking for our first home for a few months until we stumbled upon Babineau Creek Development. We weren’t expecting to purchase a new-build, but we sure are glad we went in and checked out the Open House when we had the chance! Moving to Babineau Creek was an amazing independent experience for me. Fortunately, I bought early enough to customize my entire home.  During the build, Scott was always a ‘Text’ away, never making a decision without consulting me, and being transparent about the cost.  He introduced me to Roland, his right hand man, who is also always there available to help & give great advice.   We all put a lot of energy in this project. Having two young boys, it was important for me to have 3 bedrooms on the same level, with an open concept & a sunroom, that quickly became a playroom. I would recommend, without reservation, to a friend to move & buy in this development. This was a new beginning for me & it started with a positive experience, thanks to Scott & Roland.

After living in the same house for 38 years, it wasn’t easy to find a new home to replace what we had. Searching regularly for over 5 months, there was always something missing in the combination of things we wanted and also fit our budget, until we visited the Babineau Creek townhouses… It has the location, the space, the accessories and the layout. Scott didn’t cut any corners when he built these units. They did a great job in soundproofing, much so that you can’t hear the garage door opening next door. I found myself out shopping for a new home last year; we all know that as much as it can be very exciting it can also be very stressful. The first home I looked at was brand new; the builder was there to show me the house and provided me with information that I would have never thought to ask myself. It was a beautiful home but I had decided to go and take a look at a few others.
